A Training Vision is situated on 25 serene acres in Haymarket, VA, forty miles west of Washington, DC and easily accessible from I-66, Hwy 50, 15, and 234. Owner and trainer Ampara Visser lives on-site.
The facility offers a lighted, outdoor, full size, sand/rubber mix dressage arena with excellent drainage, available jumps, hacking/cross country fields, trailer parking, and access to peaceful trails. Most stalls in the eight stall barn offer attached private paddocks, and private small field or dry lot turnout options. Well-maintained pastures are equipped with run-in sheds and automatic waterers.
The farm is located only five minutes away from the ATV vet, Total Equine Veterinary Associates, tack store Saddlery Liquidators, and Mountain Crest Farm, home of Olympic team alternate Olivia Lagoy-Weltz, with whom Ampara continues her own training. The center of horse country in Middleburg lies twenty minutes away, and the equine hospital and show facilities of Morven Park are an easy thirty minute drive up Highway 15.
The relaxed and friendly atmosphere of A Training Vision promotes a barn family that is both accomplished and extremely supportive and kind.
