2000 16.1 Dutch Warmblood mare

Purchased in 2001 as a yearling, Tosca is the grand dame of A Training Vision school horses. Competed through Prix St Georges and schooled through Intermediare-II, Tosca was one of Ampara's USDF Silver Medal mounts.

Always quick to offer an opinion, Tosca provides instant feedback on the rider’s seat and position, and yet is incredibly generous about performing the upper level movements.  Tosca has taught countless riders of all backgrounds, including a para rider, novices needing a confidence boost, and upper level riders learning their first one tempis or piaffe. 

As the first horse Ampara started under saddle two decades ago, Tosca is responsible for much of the education Ampara has since applied to training other ATV horses.
